Job summary

SGS is seeking an MTV OHS Program Manager to lead occupational health and safety for the MTV campus and surrounding U.S. locations. You will develop, implement, and continually improve OHS programs to create a safe, healthy and compliant workplace, working with facilities, security, engineering and global teams.

As the organization grows, the role may expand to support additional U.S. sites and requires strategic guidance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across a global governance

Qualifications

• 7+ years of occupational health and safety experience in complex environments.
• Experience managing OHS programs across multiple locations.
• Experience implementing regulatory compliance programs, risk assessments, incident management and corrective actions.
• Experience partnering with leaders, facilities, security, engineering and employee services.
• Experience in a matrixed, global organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and provide strategic OHS guidance.
