Job summary

SGS is seeking an experienced Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Program Manager to lead on-site safety programs for a high-technology customer in Redmond, WA. The role requires creative collaboration, risk assessment, and stakeholder alignment to advance a global OHS program.

You will own safety program development and implementation, provide expert guidance on hazard controls, training, and compliance with local, state, federal, and company standards, and perform investigations and audits as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in the Occupational Health & Safety field or equivalent
• Occupational Health & Safety industry experience
• High technology industry or R&D experience
• Safety program creation and implementation
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Owns the development, implementation, and management of safety programs.
• Provides expert advice and consultation to stakeholders for hazard controls, safety training, compliance with standards, and other topics.
• Conducts incident and injury investigations, risk assessments, audits, walkthroughs, and inspections.
• Acts as brand ambassador for SGS values and expertise
