Job summary

SGS is seeking an experienced OHS Program Manager to lead the occupational health and safety strategy for the MTV campus and nearby locations. The role focuses on developing and continuously improving OHS programs that protect a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace while collaborating with business leaders, facilities, security, engineering, and global teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of occupational health and safety (OHS) experience in corporate, laboratory, manufacturing, technology, or similarly complex environments.
• Experience managing OHS programs across multiple locations and business functions.
• Experience implementing and overseeing regulatory compliance programs, risk assessments, incident management, and corrective action processes.
• Experience partnering with business leaders, facilities teams, security, engineering, and employee services organizations.
• Experience working within a matrixed, global organization and collaborating with regional and global stakeholders.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities and provide strategic OHS guidance across diverse operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead OHS programs for the MTV campus and surrounding locations.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve health and safety programs.
• Provide strategic OHS guidance and manage risk across operations.
• Drive regulatory compliance and incident management.
• Collaborate with business leaders, facilities, security, engineering, and global OHS teams.
