Job summary

Omnidian seeks a Global Manager of HSEQ to architect and lead health, safety, environment, and quality across US and international regions. You will build a scalable framework for global expansion, drive proactive safety culture, and ensure high workmanship standards for direct technicians and field service partners.

You will align regulatory requirements (OSHA, NEC, and international standards) with a rigorous global HSEQ baseline while guiding governance, RCA, and CAPA processes.

Qualifications

• Leads development of global HSEQ programs covering safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Proven experience implementing QA programs and training across distributed field forces.
• Strong knowledge of US OSHA and international regulatory frameworks; ability to audit compliance.
• Experience with RCA, CAPA, and data-driven performance management.

Responsibilities

• Own global HSEQ program: develop, implement, and maintain unified standards across regions.
• Establish workmanship and safety requirements for field repairs and post-repair validation.
• Define customer experience standards and audit touchpoints for field service.
• Lead governance for internal staff and third-party partners, including stop-work protocols.
• Drive regulatory compliance with codes and standards across multiple jurisdictions.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support MSAs and safety exhibits.
• Lead RCA on field failures and implement CAPA to prevent recurrence.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to track safety/quality performance for leadership.
