Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration, or related field and 8+ years in occupanc y planning or facilities management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex multi-site projects.
• Strong knowledge of space policies, standards, and compliance.

• Lead or oversee projects applying deep subject-area expertise and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Build and maintain client relationships, coordinate vendor and internal teams, and resolve complex needs.

• Identify process improvements and implement occupancy program strategies.
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and scope across sites.
