Job summary

You will work directly with clients to maximize SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted products, leveraging enterprise monitoring, dashboards, and reporting skills.

The role requires strong communication, ability to present technical solutions to leadership, and onsite work at client facilities in the Boston area.

Qualifications

• 4+ years with industry-standard monitoring technologies and networking.
• Experience configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing high-availability systems.
• Strong ability to explain technical solutions to administrators, end users, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate installation, upgrade, configuration, and maintenance of SolarWinds Observability Self-Hosted software.
• Customize SolarWinds products and workflows to support client business processes.
• Configure and manage enterprise monitoring, diagnostics, alerting, dashboards, and reporting.
• Build tailored, actionable, threshold-based alerts to improve visibility.
