Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in infrastructure, application monitoring, SRE, or observability.
• Hands-on Dynatrace implementations.
• Experience with enterprise observability patterns and governance.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM integration and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise Observability Gold Standards across applications, infrastructure, cloud platforms, databases, APIs, Kubernetes, containers and critical services.
• Lead enterprise Dynatrace implementation and rollout across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
• Architect and implement Dynatrace–ServiceNow integration for enterprise incident and event management.
• Define operational processes, monitoring coverage, alert thresholds, and SLOs/SLIs for observability.
• Support major incident investigations with Dynatrace topology, dependency mapping, and root‑cause analysis.
