Sira Consulting, an Inc 5000 company, seeks a senior Tools Architect to own enterprise observability and AIOps at global scale from San Jose. This is a hands-on role designing, deploying, and tuning full-stack observability, and building executive dashboards that become the daily heartbeat of the organization.

You will lead deep ServiceNow integration, drive Moogsoft deployments, and mentor engineers while presenting to CTO, CISO, and platform leadership.

Formación

• 10+ years in enterprise IT operations and 6+ years owning large-scale observability and AIOps platforms.
• Hands-on Moogsoft AIOps deployment and optimization experience.
• Strong ServiceNow integration experience including CMDB, Event Management and ITSM workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Architect and implement a unified observability platform across on-prem, multi-cloud, containers, and SaaS.
• Own Moogsoft AIOps deployment: ingestion pipelines, noise reduction, automated remediation, and incident tooling integration.
• Design, build, and maintain executive and engineering dashboards (Grafana, Datadog, Dynatrace, New Relic, Lightstep).
• Lead bi-directional integration between observability tools and ServiceNow (Event Management, CMDB, Incident, Change, ITSM).
• Drive event correlation, alert fatigue reduction, and toolbox rationalization with Moogsoft and related tools.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines (metrics, events, logs, traces) using Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Fluent Bit/Fluentd, Elastic, Splunk.
• Present observability maturity roadmaps and business cases to C-level executives, in-person in San Jose.
• Own licensing strategy, FinOps cost governance, and vendor relationships across the stack.
• Mentor observability engineers and act as escalation owner for major incidents and platform issues.
