Job summary

Sarela Technology Solutions seeks a Senior AIOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of AIOps in secure DoD environments. You will orchestrate Telemetry pipelines across Network Engineering, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds teams to ensure mission-critical systems remain highly available.

You will leverage Splunk ITSI and MLTK to build descriptive and predictive analytics, automate remediation, and maintain cross-domain data integrity in unclassified and classified enclaves.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• 7+ years with Splunk Enterprise (architectural design, cluster mgmt, SPL).
• 3+ years integrating AIOps with ITSM (ServiceNow) for automated remediation.
• Experience building ML models with Splunk MLTK.

Responsibilities

• Lead AIOps platform initiative across Network Engineering, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds teams.
• Architect closed-loop remediation workflows integrating Splunk ITSI with ServiceNow modules.
• Maintain Splunk AIOps across unclassified and classified enclaves for real-time awareness.
• Integrate telemetry from SolarWinds, servers, and applications for holistic health view.
• Develop and deploy ML models via Splunk MLTK to detect anomalies and threats.
