Job summary

JCS Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior AIOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment, and management of AIOps in support of critical DoW networks and systems. You will orchestrate integrations across ServiceNow, Splunk, and SolarWinds teams, delivering descriptive and predictive analytics and automated incident response.

You will leverage Splunk ITSI and MLTK to reduce noise, improve security, and maintain mission-critical observability across unclassified and classified environments.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire.
• IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, SSCP) required.
• 7+ years with Splunk Enterprise including architecture and SPL.
• 3+ years implementing AIOps workflows with ITSM integrations (ServiceNow).
• Experience in DoD/DoD operations centers and mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AIOps platform initiative and coordinate across Network Engineering, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds teams.
• Architect closed-loop remediation workflows integrating Splunk ITSI with ServiceNow modules.
• Maintain Splunk AIOps solutions across unclassified and classified enclaves for real-time visibility.
• Correlate SolarWinds network data with server logs for holistic enterprise health view.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models via Splunk MLTK for anomaly detection.
• Ensure secure data ingestion from cross-domain solutions and tactical edge devices.
• Drive incident reduction by prioritizing high-impact mission alerts.
