Job summary

Pride Resource Partners, LLC, a Think Power Solutions Company, is seeking an experienced Owner’s Authorized Representative II to lead multi-project oversight, from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring compliance with District standards and schedules.

The role requires extensive construction management experience, strong coordination with public agencies, and adept handling of budgets, change orders, and payments.

Qualifications

• Fifteen (15) years full-time paid professional experience in Construction and/or Project/Construction Management; five of the fifteen years coordinating complex projects over $20M (not cumulatively).
• Twenty (20) years experience with fifteen of the twenty coordinating complex projects over $20M (not cumulatively); CCM/education substitutions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-construction, bid & award, construction and close-out phases for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with public agencies and District staff to comply with off-site work.
• Manage project budget and schedule; monitor monthly progress and reflect status accurately.
• Review contractor submittals, RFCs, change orders and payments; ensure District requirements.
• Administer Professional Service Agreements between Architects and the District.

Education

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or construction management

Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential (substitution for education)
