Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to bridge business operations and technology for enterprise financial applications across billing, AR, revenue recognition, and accounting operations in Chicago.

You will analyze needs, define requirements, support configurations, and ensure scalable improvements. The role partners with stakeholders, application teams, vendors, and technical resources to enable end-to-end order-to-cash and record-to-report processes,

Qualifications

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve moderately complex business and system problems with guidance.
• Proficiency with elicitation, facilitation, and process modeling techniques (Visio).
• Experience with ERP/financial modules, billing, AR, revenue recognition is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in discovery and requirements sessions with stakeholders across billing, collections, AR, revenue recognition, and accounting operations.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, data needs, and system-enabled solutions.
• Assist in development and configuration of system-enabled solutions, including workflow updates and data validation rules.
• Coordinate testing, release readiness, data validation, and business sign-off.
• Support production incidents and coordinate resolutions with vendors and technical teams.
• Develop and maintain project and business analysis documentation.
