WMFHA is seeking an experienced property manager for a luxury COOP/Condo in Manhattan. The role requires overseeing capital projects, apartment alterations, and annual board activities while coordinating with finance and compliance functions.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7 years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with BuildingLink and common accounting software. On-site work in NYC is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 5-7 years of experience in Property Management.
• Luxury COOP/Condo NYC in Manhattan.
• Capital Project Experience – e.g. façade, heating systems, elevator modernizations, HVAC systems, etc.
• Administration/oversight for Apartment Alterations
• Substantial experience with co-op/condo boards and annual meetings
• Knowledge of financial matters – e.g. budget, arrears, capital project budgets
• Knowledge and experience with governmental compliance
• Familiar with all co-op condo governing documents – e.g. Offering Plans, By-Laws, etc.
• Experience with property management software programs – e.g. accounting systems, Buildinglink, etc.
• Basic proficiency in computer technology – e.g. Word, Excel, etc.
• Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
