Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Class A commercial office properties in NYC.
• Direct and coordinate building engineering, maintenance, security, cleaning and other service functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize building performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Maintain critical building infrastructure including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life safety.
• Prepare, manage, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets; analyze monthly statements and variances.
• Oversee capital improvement projects from planning through completion; coordinate tenant improvements.
• Lead building staff and service providers; ensure accurate reporting and professionalism.
