ABConsulting in Brooklyn, NY is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee 3 Class A residential buildings totaling about 700 units. This senior role requires hands-on leadership of operations, staffing, leasing, and close collaboration with ownership to ensure premier resident service.

You will manage day-to-day operations, lead third-party teams, address tenant concerns, monitor occupancy and renewals, and provide ownership with regular updates.

Competenze

• Significant experience managing large residential properties or portfolios.
• Experience with Class A / luxury residential buildings preferred.
• Proven leadership overseeing staff and third-party teams.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day management of 3 Class A residential buildings totaling approximately 700 units.
• Lead third-party staffing, leasing and building teams.
• Serve as a key point of contact for ownership and maintain frequent, consistent communication about operations.
• Ensure buildings are operating efficiently and issues are addressed quickly and proactively.
• Handle tenant concerns, complaints, and escalations with professionalism and good judgment.
• Build positive relationships with residents and focus on tenant satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor leasing activity, occupancy, renewals, and overall resident experience.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, supers, maintenance, and other service providers.
• Identify potential issues early and take proactive action to prevent problems.
• Maintain strong organization and follow-through across multiple properties.
• Provide ownership with regular updates on property operations, issues, leasing, and staffing.
• Hold third-party teams accountable to company and ownership expectations.
• Ensure a high level of service and presentation across all properties.
