Job summary

Acloché LLC in Austin, TX is seeking a Head Programmer/CNC Programmer with 5+ years of Siemens NX CAM experience to lead our CAD-to-CAM team and develop the programming standard for our automated 5-axis cells.

You should be comfortable programming complex aerospace and defense parts yourself and have a track record of training programmers, defining processes, and building probing stacks for lights-out production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience with Siemens NX CAM.
• Experience programming 5-axis CNC machines.
• Experience with post processing tools like NX Post Builder or Post Configurator.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAD-to-CAM team and establish programming standards for 5-axis cells.
• Program complex aerospace/defense parts (titanium, Inconel, aluminum).
• Train programmers and define manufacturing processes.
• Build probing stacks for lights-out production.
