Top Echelon Software, LLC in Austin, TX seeks an expert Head Programmer/CNC Programmer with 5+ years of NX CAM experience to lead our CAD-to-CAM team and establish programming standards for automated 5-axis CNC cells.

The candidate should program complex aerospace and defense parts and have a track record of training programmers, defining processes, and building probing stacks for lights-out production. Bonus points for post processor expertise in NX Post Builder.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or higher; preferred in engineering.
• 5+ years of CN C programming and CAD/CAM leadership.
• Experience with aerospace parts and multi-axis programming.

Responsabilités

• Lead the CAD-to-CAM team and set programming standards for 5-axis cells.
• Program complex aerospace/defense parts yourself when needed.
• Train programmers, define processes, and build probing stacks for lights-out production.
• Experience with NX Post Builder or Post Configurator is a plus.
