San Bernardino Unified School District seeks a Nutrition Services Manager to plan, organize, assign and supervise the activities of a comprehensive high school cafeteria; to implement nutrition education programs; to supervise specialized food preparation activities; and to participate in the work of the high school cafeteria program.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as Nutrition Services Manager I or equivalent in a school district.
• Three years in large-quantity ordering and food service with supervision experience.
• Completion of at least 30 semester units of college coursework and high school diploma.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and supervise high school cafeteria activities.
• Implement nutrition education programs and oversee special menus.
• Supervise staff, train, evaluate and manage inventory and cash handling.
• Order supplies, monitor expenditures and ensure safety standards.
