Job summary

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience preparing and serving food in a large operation.

• Ability to train and guide nutrition services staff.

Responsibilities

• Cook and bake for an assigned nutrition center and manage serving.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with meal planning and orders.
• Record food usage, temperatures and compliance with standards.
• Train and supervise Nutrition Services Assistants II and others.
• Perform cashiering duties and support serving areas.
