Qualifications

• Two-year degree in social work, nutrition, or related field with at least one year of related experience.
• Experience with elderly social service programs and coordinating food service preferred.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload and perform 6-month client check-ins in person or by phone.
• Coordinate total food service for congregate dining and home-delivered meals.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers for meal programs.
• Enter daily meal counts and maintain client tracking records.
• Assist clients with SNAP, EAP, and Food Shelf applications.
• Engage with community partners to increase caseload and partnerships.
