Guardian Angels Senior Services by the Lake - Elk River, MN is seeking a Dining Room Coordinator to oversee dining room operations, train dietary aides, and maintain a welcoming dining experience for residents and guests.

The role is part-time, 64 hours per pay period, with a 9:30 am–6:00 pm schedule and every other weekend/holiday requirements. Compensation reflects experience with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with ability to organize and prioritize.
• Maintains good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dining room operations and staff to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Foster teamwork and develop dietary aides.
• Schedule dietary aides to ensure adequate staffing.
• Set tables and maintain clean workstations.
• Greet and serve customers with proper etiquette.
• Train dietary aides on service and dining procedures.
• Monitor dining area activity and manage seating.
• Ensure cleanliness, sanitation and organization per Guardian Angels standards.
• Follow sanitation and safety procedures.
