Job summary

Scott Carver Dakota CAP is seeking a Part Time Senior Service Coordinator in Rosemount, MN to support senior nutrition services. Qualifications

• Two-year degree in social work, nutrition, or related field plus one year of related experience.
• Serv Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseload of clients and complete 6-month check-ins.
• Coordinate total food service for congregate dining and home-delivered meals.
• Recruit, train and supervise volunteers for meals programs.
• Ensure daily site coverage with volunteers at each location.
• Record meals served and daily counts in tracking system.
• Assist clients with SNAP, EAP, Food Shelf applications and renewals.
• Conduct community outreach and engage local groups at least twice yearly.
• May deliver meals due to weather or volunteer gaps.
