Job summary

Lutheran Senior Services in Webster Groves, MO seeks an experienced Nursing Supervisor to oversee a nursing staff in a long-term care facility. You will coordinate daily activities, ensure policy adherence, and support administrative tasks under the Director of Nursing.

Must hold an RN license with CPR and have geriatric supervisory experience. BSN preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for team coordination and quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Two+ years of geriatric supervisory experience.
• Current RN license; BSN preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing staff activities and care delivery.
• Participate in policy development and documentation.
• Perform workforce evaluations and scheduling duties.
• Contribute to admissions coordination and compliance with regs.
• Assist with in-service training and staff development.
• Ensure infection control and disaster preparedness practices.
• Participate in inspections and surveys.
