Peaceful Pines Senior Living - Spearfish seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support the Director of Nursing in clinical leadership and operations for Assisted Living and Memory Care. Qualifications

Active LPN or RN license required (preferred).
Minimum of two years of healthcare experience.
Experience working with memory care residents preferred.

Responsibilities

Support oversight of daily nursing operations to ensure safe, ethical, and high-quality care.
Coordinate assessments, service plans, updates, and care conferences.
Monitor medication administration processes and physician communications.
Document resident condition changes and liaise with families and DON.
Assist with scheduling, onboarding, and competency development for staff.
Ensure regulatory compliance, incident documentation, and confidentiality.
Balance clinical duties with resident experience and engagement.
Lead by example to foster a compassionate, mission-driven culture.
