Qualifications

• Current license to practice professional nursing in FL.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from CCNE-accredited program; MSN preferred.
• Demonstrated management experience in behavioral health nursing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and be accountable for all patient care across the facility.
• Provide 24-hour accountability and leadership for the nursing department.
