The ideal candidate holds an MSN in psychiatric-mental health or a BSN with a master's in a health-related field and at least 3 years RN experience.

Qualifications

• MSN in psychiatric-mental health preferred; or BSN with a master’s in a health-related field and at least 3 years RN experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience in a behavioral health setting.
• knowledge of Medicare/Regulatory standards and clinical governance.

Responsibilities

• Directs the Nursing Department across facility locations, coordinating patient care and nursing services.
• Manages staffing, workload, evaluations, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Oversees budget, recruitment, retention, and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Ensures compliance with safety, infection control, and credentialing standards.
• Collaborates with clinical instructors and professional organizations; supports staff development.
