Job summary

Greenkey Resources LLC is seeking a Director of Nursing – Behavioral Health to oversee comprehensive mental health services and lead clinical operations. The role requires BSN, RN licensure, and management experience in Behavioral Health, with a focus on quality, safety, and regulatory readiness.

The director will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, manage budgets, and drive program expansion to meet community needs while maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance.

Qualifications

• BSN is required; Master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing is preferred.
• Current and valid RN licensure is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years of management experience in Behavioral Health.
• BCLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintained throughout employment.
• Strong knowledge of mental health laws, practice standards, and the continuum of care.
• Excellent verbal, written, and management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and drive initiatives.
• Experience in quality improvement and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour leadership and oversight of Behavioral Health Services.
• Direct clinical operations, including staffing, scheduling, and productivity management.
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate nursing and behavioral health staff.
• Lead quality improvement, patient safety, and regulatory readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes.
• Develop and expand Behavioral Health programs to meet community needs.
• Manage departmental budgets, strategic planning, and operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with mental health laws and practice standards.
