Qualifications
- RN license in Washington state or NLC eligibility required.
- Nursing leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute care preferred.
- Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills are essential.
- Experience coaching, developing, and holding staff accountable.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinical operations with the Director of Nursing and support resident care quality.
- Lead, coach, and develop nursing staff, fostering accountability and teamwork.
- Ensure staff education, trainings, and performance evaluations are completed on time.
- Support nurse managers in clinical meetings and addressing resident care concerns.
- Monitor medication cart audits, quality measures, and regulatory compliance; assist with staffing and weekend on-call rotation.
