Complete Care is seeking an Executive Nurse Leader to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Wisconsin. This high-level clinical strategist will join our leadership team to oversee governance, budget and staffing in a respected LTC facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Wisconsin RN license.
• Infection Preventionist Certification is required.
• Experience leading in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Proven leadership to mentor multidisciplinary teams and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinical governance and regulatory compliance.
• Drive nursing budgets and resource allocation with Facility Administration.
• Lead QAPI initiatives and quality improvement programs.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing clinical training of the nursing department.
• Act as primary clinical authority in the absence of the DON.
