Complete Care at Hales Corners is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) RN to join our leadership team. You will drive clinical governance, strategic budgeting, and quality improvement across the nursing department.

This full-time role requires an RN license in Wisconsin, infection prevention certification, and proven LTC leadership experience. Expect collaboration with a veteran leadership group and on-call rotations with a strong focus on resident care excellence.

Qualifications

• RN license in Wisconsin is required.
• Infection Preventionist certification preferred/required.
• Experience in a Long-Term Care setting with prior ADON/Unit Manager or Director of Nursing roles prioritized.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and mentorship of clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Governance: Ensure nursing staff meet all state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Strategic Oversight: Lead nursing budgets and resource allocation with Facility Administration.
• Quality Assurance (QAPI): Lead quality improvement initiatives and compliance programs.
• Talent Acquisition & Development: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training of nursing staff.
• Operational Leadership: Serve as primary clinical authority when DON is absent and manage complex resident needs.
