Qualifications

• RN license in Wisconsin required.
• Infection Preventionist Certification required.
• Experience in Long-Term Care leadership; ADON/Unit Manager/Director of Nursing preferred.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Governance: maintain 4-Star standards by ensuring nursing personnel exceed regulatory requirements.
• Strategic Oversight: drive nursing budgets and resource allocation with Facility Administration.
• Quality Assurance (QAPI): spearhead compliance initiatives and quality improvement programs.
• Talent Acquisition & Development: lead recruitment, onboarding, and clinical training of the nursing department.
• Operational Leadership: act as the primary clinical authority in the absence of the DON.
