Job summary

Complete Care Management in Chicago, IL seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – RN to supervise daily nursing activities, partner with the Director of Nursing, and ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local standards.

You will oversee clinical staff, manage staffing, participate in QA, and lead in-service training while fostering a compassionate environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year in ADON or nurse supervisor role.
• Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical supervision & quality assurance across daily operations.
• Conduct rounds to monitor resident status and nursing standards.
• Manage staffing, performance evaluations, and staff development.
• Lead in-service training and support charge nurses and floor staff.
