Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking a Director of Nursing Services (DON) in Fort Worth, TX. This RN leader will oversee the SNF clinical operations, drive regulatory compliance, and ensure high-quality resident care with continuous performance improvement.

The role requires an active RN license, 2+ years of DON/ADON supervision in SNFs, and strong knowledge of LTC regulations. On-site leadership, competitive benefits, and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience as a DON/ADON in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Experience with survey readiness, Plans of Correction (POCs), and quality improvement.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall clinical leadership to ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee nursing staff in safe, effective, and compassionate care delivery.
• Oversee the care-planning process with interdisciplinary coordination.
• Maintain continuous readiness for regulatory surveys and inspections.
• Lead staff training, coaching, and performance management.
