SAN-Rem is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing Services (DON) to lead the Nursing Department in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Richardson, TX. The DON will drive high‑quality resident care, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee staffing, planning, and performance improvement.

Ideal candidates are RNs with a strong SNF background, survey readiness experience, and proven leadership to coach nursing staff and partner with physicians, families, and leadership to achieve excellent outcomes.

Qualificações

• Current and valid RN license for the state of Texas.
• Min. 2 years supervisory experience as DON/ADON in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations.
• Experience with survey readiness, Plans of Correction, and quality improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership to coach, mentor, and develop nursing staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall clinical leadership to ensure high‑quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee nursing staff delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care.
• Direct comprehensive care planning and interdisciplinary coordination.
• Ensure resident rights, dignity, and safety are upheld.
• Lead regulatory surveys, investigate complaints, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage 24/7 nursing operations and support Administrator duties as needed.
