One Medical in San Francisco, CA seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage a diverse patient panel across acute, chronic, and preventive care. You will conduct in-office visits, occasional telehealth, and participate in Clinical Rounds while collaborating with in-person and virtual teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed in California and completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings (2 years) or 1 year plus fellowship/urgent care.
• LARC insertion and colposcopy experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, and via tele-health as needed.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with in-office and virtual teams.
• Utilize clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Pursue additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in other states.
