Job summary

One Medical in San Francisco is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits. You will provide in-office care and occasional tele-health visits, with a mix of remote and on-site duties as part of a hybrid schedule.

The role requires CA licensure, graduation from an accredited NP/PA program with national certification, and experience in outpatient primary care.

Qualifications

• Completed NP or PA program with national certification.
• State licensed in California by start date.
• 5 years as Advanced Practitioner with at least 2 years outpatient primary care (or 1 year with fellowship/1+ year urgent care).
• Experience with LARC insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, at testing centers, or via tele-health visits.
• Engage in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Perform in-office procedures and pursue additional licensure/credentialing for virtual care in other states.
