One Medical in Oakland, CA is seeking a licensed NP or PA to join our primary care team in a full-time role.

You will manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits, perform in-office and telehealth visits, and participate in weekly Clinical Rounds. We value teamwork, continuous learning, and compassionate care, with relocation assistance available for eligible candidates.

Qualifikationen

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year in outpatient primary care plus a 1-year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Aufgaben

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers and conducting tele-health visits as needed.
• Participating in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to coordinate care.
• Utilizing clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
