Job summary

One Medical is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time role based in Redwood City, CA. You will manage a patient panel, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care through in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits.

Collaboration with both in-person and virtual teams is essential to deliver high-quality care. The role requires CA licensure, completion of an accredited NP/PA program with national certification, and outpatient primary care experience.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• Active CA state license by start date.
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with diverse needs including acute, chronic, and preventive care.
• Conduct in-office, testing center, or telehealth visits as needed.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual teams to coordinate care.
• Pursue additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual primary care in more states.
