• State license in California by start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as Advanced Practitioner with outpatient primary care experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, or via tele-health.
• Weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
• Pursue additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in more states.
