Job summary

One Medical is seeking a mid- to senior-level Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our hybrid, full-time primary care team in San Francisco. You will manage a diverse patient panel, perform in-office and telehealth visits, and participate in weekly clinical rounds with a focus on high-quality, human-centered care.

You’ll collaborate with in-office and virtual teams, stay current with evidence-based practices, and pursue additional state licensure as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year in outpatient PCP plus 1 year in urgent care/fellowship.
• Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits.
• Ongoing learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities.
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams.
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures.
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states.
