Job summary

One Medical in Berkeley, CA seeks a licensed Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to manage a broad patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits, delivering in-office, testing center and tele-health care as needed.

The role requires CA licensure, completion of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification, and outpatient primary care experience (2 years, or 1 year with a related fellowship or urgent care).

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• Licensed in California by start date.
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings preferred within 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office, testing centers, or via tele-health.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Apply clinical training and perform in-office procedures as eligible.
• Ability to obtain additional state licensure for virtual care.
