Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Corporate Nurse Leader to guide and elevate nursing operations across multiple facilities in Minnesota. You will partner with Regional Nurse Consultants to strengthen care management, utilization management, and population health initiatives.

You’ll provide mentorship for Directors of Nursing, oversee patient care management, and ensure regulatory compliance while championing person-centered care and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• 2+ years Director of Nursing experience in Minnesota SNF
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and MDH regulations

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing teams meet regulatory standards and quality goals through QA, compliance, training.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing clinical system training for staff.
• Serve as interim Director of Nursing or Nurse Manager when needed.
• Support strategy development, process improvements, and outcome measurement across facilities.
• Act as super-user and trainer for clinical software systems.
• Collaborate with DONs and Nurse Managers on quality metrics and corrective action plans.
• Lead training for new nursing leadership roles and succession planning.
• Identify and address quality-of-care concerns with facility leadership.
• Promote efficient workflows and cross-disciplinary coordination across sites.
• Participate in IDT, clinical operations, and leadership meetings.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and new initiatives.
