Monarch Healthcare Management in Minnesota seeks a Nurse Manager (RN) to lead a nursing unit, evaluate resources, and assure quality outcomes through the nursing process. You will direct care delivery and supervise the care of residents within a well-defined system.

You will oversee RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, develop individualized care plans, ensure medication administration accuracy, maintain resident records, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Must have current RN license in Minnesota.
• CPR certification or emergency care for health provider.
• Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing facility or assisted living.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Care Planning: collects and analyzes resident data, develops individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Clinical Nursing Practice: provides and supervises care, including medication administration and procedures.
• Staff Supervision and Management: supervises RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; delegates tasks and on-call guidance.
• Documentation and Communication: maintains resident records and communicates care needs to staff.
• Medication and Pharmaceutical Compliance: administers and monitors medications with proper documentation.
• Facility Compliance and Professional Development: promotes QA, ongoing education, and licensure maintenance.
