Prosum seeks a Senior Project Manager for a hybrid Nurse Call and Clinical Communications initiative. Lead end-to-end deployment, align with clinical requirements, safety standards, and IT infrastructure, and drive adoption across Nursing and Clinical staff.

You will partner with Nursing leadership, Clinical Informatics, Facilities, and IT teams in a high-impact health network setting, transitioning to other clinical IT initiatives post-implementation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Informatics, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in progressive project/program management in complex environments.
• 5+ years in Healthcare IT/Clinical Systems.

• Lead Nurse Call implementation across acute care facilities.
• Coordinate clinical workflow mapping, change management, and staff adoption.
• Liaise between Nursing, IT, Facilities, and third-party vendors.
• Oversee EHR/middleware integrations with nurse call and alerts.
• Maintain project schedules, risks, and executive reporting.
• Lead post-go-live stabilization and future clinical IT initiatives.
