Job summary

Healthcare IT Leaders, LLC is seeking a Nurse Call/Clinical Communication & Collaboration (CC&C) Senior Project Manager for a 6-month contract in Ventura, CA. The role requires on-site 3 days per week with hybrid expectations.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in progressive PM within healthcare IT, strong CC&C implementations, and experience integrating with major EHR platforms and mobile endpoints. PMP preferred; BSN or related degree required; RN a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressive PM/Program Management in complex enterprise environments.
• Minimum 5 years in Healthcare IT/Clinical Systems.
• Experience leading Nurse Call/CC&C implementations in acute hospital settings with platforms such as Rauland Code Blue/Responder, Hill-Rom/Baxter, and ASCOM.
• Hands-on integration with major EHRs (Oracle Health/Cerner or Epic) and mobile endpoints (Voalt e, Zebra, Epic Rover), including middleware such as Voalte or Cerner CareAware.
• PMP certification strongly preferred; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), Healthcare Administration, Health Informatics, IT, or related field required; RN or clinical background a strong plus.
• Expertise in enterprise PPM tools including ServiceNow, Smartsheet, or Planview, with proficiency in hybrid Waterfall/Agile delivery methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading clinical change management, nurse engagement, and workflow redesign, with understanding of wireless network infrastructure, low-voltage installation, and hospital facility hardware requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Nurse Call/CC&C projects from initiation to deployment in hospital settings.
• Coordinate with IT, nursing, and vendors; manage schedules, risks, and stakeholders.
