Job summary

Constellation Energy Corporation seeks an experienced outage scheduler to coordinate forced, maintenance, and refuel outage schedules with emphasis on activity, resources, and constraints in the scheduling tool. You will collaborate with peer schedulers, team leads, system engineers, and outage specialists to develop and maintain schedules from planning through execution.

The role requires a degree path with nuclear plant experience per minimum qualifications; SRO license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a technical field with 7 years of power plant experience including nuclear
• Current or previous SRO license with 7 years nuclear experience in engineering, maintenance, operations, or work management
• Associate's degree with 9 years of power plant experience with nuclear background
• High school diploma/GED with 11 years of power plant experience with nuclear background
• Maintain minimum access requirements and favorable medical examination and testing as applicable to duties

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed, accurate schedules and reports.
• Develop and maintain forced and maintenance outage plans.
• Coordinate outage schedule development to ensure safety and specification compliance.
• Create work windows and contingency plans with leads, engineers and planners.
• Facilitate scheduling meetings for pre-planning and execution reviews.
• Provide oversight of schedule reviews and cross-functional coordination.
• Direct department planners, schedulers, and specialized teams on outage plans.
• Coordinate risk screening per outage risk management.
