Framatome is seeking a Senior Sales Manager for Arabelle Solutions to lead North American sales efforts from a remote location in the US. You will drive growth by identifying opportunities, crafting bidding strategies, and guiding deal teams through complex negotiations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in customer-facing roles within energy or nuclear sectors, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Travel across North America is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering or Business from a recognized university.
• 10+ years in customer-facing roles in energy/nuclear sectors.
• Proven track record in high-value deals and contract negotiations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel across North America.

Responsibilities

• Lead NA sales activity for North America in the Arabelle Solutions portfolio.
• Develop bidding strategy and manage the Deal Team through offers and negotiations.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and drive successful high-value deals.
• Provide regular forecasts, market insights, and progress reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with tendering, cross-functional teams and CRM records.
