Job summary

Framatome in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead North America new build sales. You will identify opportunities, develop bidding strategies, and manage stakeholder relationships, including C-level engagement.

You will guide the deal team through tendering and contract negotiations to win high-value opportunities. The role requires a deep understanding of the nuclear market, extensive customer interfaces, and the ability to travel frequently across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Engineering Sciences or Business Administration from an accredited university.
• Meaningful power plant or energy industry related experience.
• 10+ years in customer facing roles and complex interfaces.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and contract management abilities.
• Fluent in English and capable of operating in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop business strategy from discovery to contract.
• Understand market dynamics and align growth with customer goals.
• Research market trends to define sales strategy.
• Network with customer decision makers and build long-term relationships.
• Lead deal team through tendering, offers, and contract negotiations.
