Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Business or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers.
• Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.
• Skilled in building trust, listening actively, and tailoring messages to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and technical proposal software.
• Confident in navigating complex sales cycles and securing long-term contracts.
• Ability to anticipate client needs based on evolving energy strategies and infrastructure investments.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual product line order intake, operating income, and revenue targets for North American accounts.
• Act as the primary interface for clients, leading sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Manage cost estimates and contract amendments to ensure deals meet targeted profit margins.
• Identify, track, and close new sales orders while recommending process optimizations.
• Define the technical roadmap and business cases for complex Safety and Operational nuclear I&C solutions.
• Develop economic scenarios to validate key business decisions for top management.
• Share technical and sales insights to elevate the competency of the broader business team.
