Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks an experienced Lead Auditor to own and manage the nuclear QA audit program. You will plan the annual audit schedule, lead internal and supplier audits, and ensure closure of corrective actions with objective evidence.

You will write audit reports and maintain qualification records while communicating findings to licensee stakeholders. This role requires travel to project sites and facilities as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor, or qualifiable within 90 days; documented auditing training, participation in audits, and a written exam per NQA-1 Part II Subpart 2.23.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing experience to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
• Experience in construction materials testing, special inspection, or geotechnical services is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program and lead audits end to end.
• Supervise auditors and technical specialists; write audit reports and verify corrective actions to closure.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers; manage supplier evaluations and surveillance; maintain qualification records.
